As a result, market demand for wrappable sleeving that meets UL94 V0 flame-retardant standards is growing rapidly. Achieving consistent UL94 V0 performance at the finished product level has long been a critical technical challenge. This is due to limitations in materials and product structures.
To address this challenge, Mj’s Product and Technology Center has made significant investments in R&D. Our team focused on material system innovation and structural optimization. We conducted extensive tests, refined formulations, and carried out repeated flame-retardant evaluations. These efforts led to the successful development of finished wrappable sleeving that meets UL94 V0 requirements. This represents a major breakthrough in self-wrapping sleeving technology.
Minjun is now one of the few manufacturers in China capable of providing both raw materials and finished wrappable sleeving that comply with UL94 V0 standards. Flame-retardant performance is no longer limited to material certification. It is reliably maintained in the final product. This ensures safety in real-world applications.
This breakthrough strengthens Minjun’s leadership in high-performance cable protection solutions. It also provides safer and more reliable wrappable sleeving for new energy vehicles, automotive wiring harness systems, and other safety-critical industrial applications.
