We are excited to introduce our latest product: Tinned Copper PET Braided Shielding Sleeve. As the name suggests, manufacturers craft this sleeving from a combination of tinned copper wire and orange PET monofilament.
This innovative product blends the advantages of tinned copper braided sleeving and PET braided sleeving, delivering superior performance for various applications.

Tinned copper PET braided shielding sleeve are widely used in electronics, communications, and motor equipment due to their outstanding conductivity, corrosion resistance, and abrasion durability.
How Is Tinned Copper PET Braided Sleeving Made?
Tinned Copper Wire: The primary material is pure copper wire with a copper content of 99.9% or higher. Workers crush, soak, and filter copper ore before electrolytically refining it into pure copper powder. They then draw this powder into various copper wire specifications.
PET Monofilament: Made from polyester chips derived from terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol. The chips undergo polymerization, filtration, and dehydration to achieve high purity and consistency. This process ensures the PET monofilament’s strength, heat resistance, and flexibility.
Braiding Process:
Once the materials are ready, skilled workers intricately braid the tinned copper wire and PET monofilament to form the final sleeving, blending conductivity, flexibility, and durability.
