Featuring an industry-leading weave density—three times that of standard options—this ultra-durable nylon hydraulic hose sleeve is engineered to protect personnel and equipment from the catastrophic effects of pinhole leaks and hose bursts.
Its unique dual-layer construction consists of a rugged, abrasion-resistant black outer layer and a high-visibility yellow inner core. This specialized nylon hydraulic hose sleeve not only provides superior mechanical shielding but also serves as a critical safety indicator: when the yellow layer becomes visible, it’s time for maintenance.

  • Ultra-High Abrasion Resistance: Meets ISO 6945 standards, providing exceptional durability against friction in heavy-duty mining and construction environments.
  • MSHA Certified Safety: Compliant with MSHA IC 293/01 for flame resistance, making it approved for underground mining and other hazardous applications.
  • Superior Environmental Resilience: UV-resistant (BS EN 13758-1) and stable in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C, with no signs of embrittlement even after 504 hours of high-heat exposure.
