Split Copper Braided Shielding Wire Loom

EMI shielding wire loom braided provides flexibility, spring back, and high resistance to abrasion. It is designed to protect wiring, cables, pipes, hoses, and foam insulation from mechanical degradation arising from exposure to touch conditions in vibrating installations.  The cable sleeving provides 360-degree protection of components with an inner overlap of EMI shielding cloth.

Split Copper Braided Shielding Wire Loom

EMI shielding mesh wire loom with aramid fiber properties, this split copper braided shielding has Ultra-Strength and is Heat-resistant / Flame-resistant. This wraparound’s self-wrapping, low profile, and flexible design fit tightly to wire harnesses making it an ideal bundling solution in restricted areas without affecting the flexibility of the components it protects. Its inherent flexibility allows it to conform to irregular shapes and contours.

The copper braided sleeve allows for fast and easy building of wire and cable assemblies, it allows for easy breakouts and can be installed on completed assemblies due to its open design. EMI shielding for protection against EMI, RFI, and EMF.

EMI self-closing braided wrap is mainly used in electric control cabinets, especially for railway control cabinets, it is used for shielding electromagnetic interference. The split design is convenient for maintenance and overhaul.
