Basalt Fiber Braided Cable Sleeve
Basalt fiber braided sleeving for cables made of texturized basalt yarns trap greater amounts of air and demonstrates better insulation properties and great fullness. It is engineered for protection from temperatures up to 1,200°F. Made of tubular braiding to obtain an extremely elastic and flexible sleeve.
Basalt fiber braided wire sleeve is resistant to most acids, and alkalis and is unaffected by most bleaches, and solvents. It is highly flexible and conformable.
Application
Basalt fiber braided loom provides excellent protection for industrial wires, cables, hoses (hydraulics), tubes, and pipes and also provides thermal insulation and personnel protection.
