Carbon Fiber Braided Sleeve
Carbon fiber braided sleeving is made from continuously woven biaxial carbon fiber. Which is extremely lightweight, 3K carbon fiber in a 2/2 twill weave pattern, and is suitable for a range of applications including making tubing and reinforcing tubes, rods, and poles. The carbon fiber mesh cable sleeve is fatigue resistant for durable strength and can insulate delicate wires and components.

Carbon Fiber Braided Wire Sleeve
These carbon fiber mesh cable sleeve made of stronger and lighter carbon fiber provides a strong, biaxial carbon fiber matrix for stiff, lightweight tubular structures, and feature the desirable cosmetics of a 2×2 twill pattern. They can be slid over a prepared mandrel or cylinder to create straight or tapered tubing.
Carbon fiber flex sleeving will form itself to accommodate elliptical or asymmetrical profiles and provide the full coverage required for radial stability and torsional strength.
Application
Carbon braided mesh loom provides tough, durable protection for wires, wire harnesses, cable assemblies, tubes, and hoses in aerospace, military, and other high-tech applications.
