MJ FLEX manufactures a comprehensive range of cable protection and cable management products, including expandable braided sleeving, self-closing braided sleeving, split woven wraps, hook-and-loop cable sleeves, fiberglass sleeving, heat shrink tubing, hydraulic hose protection sleeves, wire loom and custom cable protection products.

The appropriate cable sleeve depends on the cable bundle diameter, operating temperature, abrasion level, flame-retardant requirements, environmental exposure and installation method. Please provide your application, cable bundle diameter, required certifications and operating conditions, and our engineering team will recommend a suitable solution.

Expandable braided sleeving expands to accommodate different cable bundle diameters and is normally installed before connectors are assembled. Self-closing braided sleeving has a split wrap-around structure, allowing it to be installed or removed without disconnecting cables.

Measure the maximum outside diameter of the cable bundle and choose a sleeve whose recommended application range covers that diameter. For self-closing sleeves, the overlap ratio and cable bundle shape should also be considered. MJ FLEX can help confirm the appropriate size based on your installation requirements.

Our cable protection sleeves are available in PET, PA6, PA66, PPS, PEEK, Nomex®, Kevlar®, fiberglass, silicone-coated fiberglass, UHMWPE, stainless steel and tinned copper. Material selection depends on temperature, abrasion, flame resistance, chemical exposure and mechanical protection requirements.

The temperature range depends on the material and product construction. Standard PET sleeving is suitable for general industrial applications, while fiberglass, PPS, PEEK, meta-aramid and para-aramid sleeves are designed for higher-temperature environments. Please refer to the individual product datasheet for the specified operating temperature.  

Yes. We offer different levels of abrasion protection, from lightweight cable organization sleeves to high-density braided sleeves and heavy-duty woven wraps. The appropriate product should be selected according to the cable movement, contact surface and required abrasion resistance.  

Yes. MJ FLEX manufactures UV-resistant braided and self-closing cable sleeves for outdoor wiring, solar equipment, charging systems and other applications exposed to sunlight. Relevant UV test reports are available for selected products.  

Yes. We offer rodent-resistant braided sleeving and self-closing sleeves for applications where cables may be exposed to rats or other rodents. Product selection depends on the environment, required flexibility and level of protection.  

MJ FLEX offers flame-retardant cable sleeves designed to meet requirements such as UL VW-1, UL 94 V-0, FMVSS 302 and EN 45545-2 R22/R23 HL3. Certification and test availability vary by product, material, size and color, so requirements should be confirmed before ordering.  

Selected MJ FLEX products are UL recognized or have been tested according to relevant UL standards. Please provide the required UL standard, product size, color and application so that we can confirm the applicable certification and documentation.  

Selected products comply with RoHS, REACH and halogen-free requirements. Compliance documents can be provided according to the specific product, material and order requirements.
