01. Is UL 94 V-0 the same as VW-1?
No. UL 94 evaluates plastic-material flammability, while VW-1 is a vertical flame test commonly applied to wire and cable products. Select the sleeve against the customer specification.
02. Does V-0 mean the complete wire harness is UL certified?
No. The classification applies to the referenced material or sleeve construction. The finished equipment remains subject to its own compliance evaluation.
03. Can this sleeve be installed after connectors are fitted?
Yes. Its split self-closing construction wraps around completed wire bundles.
04. What documents can be supplied?
Available test reports and material compliance documents can be provided subject to the selected construction and commercial review.
05. Are samples available?
