  • Why Choose BRS-PEEK PEEK Expandable Sleeving?

•Protect critical wiring at elevated temperature

PEEK maintains performance across a wider thermal range than common sleeving polymers.

    • Reduce wear in demanding motion

Its toughness and wear resistance support dynamic harness routes.

    • Withstand aggressive environments

PEEK tolerates many chemicals and sterilization processes, subject to grade verification.

    • Support weight-sensitive engineering

Flexible braid delivers protection without the mass of metallic conduit.

    How to Select

PEEK should be selected from the complete environment, not temperature alone. Provide continuous and peak heat, chemicals, radiation or sterilization, flex cycles, abrasion, cleanliness and required traceability. Confirm the exact resin grade and finished-sleeve test data before stating numerical limits.

    Customization Options

Size and braid geometry - Optimized for bundle range and coverage.

Material grade - Purity, color and approved resin options subject to review.

Cut assemblies - Controlled lengths and end finishes available.

Traceable packaging - Lot, project and customer labels can be supplied.

    Testing and Compliance

Applicable RoHS, REACH, halogen, medical, food-contact or aerospace documents depend on the exact PEEK grade and processing route. Resin properties do not automatically transfer to the finished sleeve. Project testing and system approval may be required.

    Quality Assurance

Controlled raw material - PEEK yarn and batch identity are verified.

Braid-process inspection - Coverage and filament damage are monitored.

Dimensional verification - Size, expansion and cut length are checked.

Traceable release - Lot records and requested documents are matched.
