MJ FLEX BRS-PA6 is an expandable braided sleeve made from polyamide 6 monofilament. It combines flexible cable bundling with strong resistance to routine abrasion and repeated handling. The open braid expands over connectors and irregular bundles, then contracts around the installed harness, making it suitable for machinery, vehicle and equipment wiring where PET may not provide the preferred nylon toughness.
MJ FLEX BRS-PA66 is braided from polyamide 66 monofilament for wire harnesses that need a strong combination of abrasion resistance, mechanical durability and higher thermal capability than general PET or standard PA6 constructions. Its expandable braid supports installation over connectors while maintaining flexible coverage around complex industrial cable bundles.
MJ FLEX BRS-PA-MF uses bundled nylon filaments to create a softer, more textile-like cable sleeve than conventional monofilament braid. It is intended for harnesses that require flexible abrasion protection without a hard plastic contact surface. The construction conforms around cables, supports comfortable manual handling and helps protect finished or sensitive cable jackets.
MJ FLEX BRS-PA-FF is produced from tough flat nylon filaments that create a broad, smooth contact surface around cables and hoses. Compared with round monofilament braid, the flat yarn provides denser visual coverage and a low-profile protective layer. It is designed for demanding industrial, mobile-equipment and hydraulic-adjacent routes where snag resistance and surface durability are important.
MJ FLEX SBW-PET-FR-V0 combines a serviceable split-braid design with flame-retardant PET material developed to meet UL 94 V-0 performance for the referenced construction. It installs around assembled wire bundles and is intended for electrical and electronic equipment where material flammability is a defined selection requirement.
MJ FLEX STW-PET is a self-closing woven cable sleeve designed for fast installation around existing wire harnesses. Its split wrap-around construction opens by hand, fits over terminated cables and returns around the bundle without disconnecting plugs or branches. The textile surface provides flexible abrasion protection for vehicle interiors, machinery and electrical equipment.
MJ FLEX STW-PET-FR-V0 is a self-closing woven PET cable wrap for equipment designs that specify UL 94 V-0 material flammability performance. The textile braid protects vulnerable jackets from sharp edges and mechanical damage while remaining flexible around complex assemblies.
MJ FLEX BRS-NM is a textile cable sleeve braided from meta-aramid fiber for applications that prioritize heat resistance, inherent flame resistance and electrical insulation. The flexible braid protects wiring near hot equipment and supports cable organization in aerospace, electrical and transportation systems.
A split wire sleeve is useful when a harness already has connectors and branch points. In a hot installation area, however, the sleeve also needs to keep its edges wrapped around the wires. If the opening spreads, part of the harness may be left uncovered.
STW-PET-HT is a self-closing fabric wire sleeve developed to remain closed at 175°C without opening or losing its wrapped shape. It can be fitted around an assembled harness, making it suitable for automotive wiring layouts where both installation access and closure at elevated temperature matter.
MJ FLEX STW-PET-W is a warp-knitted split wire loom with a textured wave profile for automotive harness protection. The openable structure wraps around installed wiring, follows tight bends and accommodates branch points. Its knitted geometry provides a flexible alternative to rigid conduit in interiors and protected equipment zones.
MJ FLEX STW-PES is a split cable wrap woven entirely from polyester yarn. The soft textile construction surrounds assembled wire bundles, protects cable jackets from routine rubbing and maintains access for branches and service. It is a versatile choice for vehicle interiors, machinery and electrical equipment that do not require a specialized flame or high-temperature grade.
MJ FLEX BRS-PET-OE is an OverExpand PET braided wire sleeving created for assemblies where the largest connector is much wider than the finished cable bundle. Its braid geometry opens to provide an enlarged installation diameter, allowing the sleeve to move over plugs, terminals, fittings and uneven transitions before recovering around the cable run. This approach can eliminate connector removal, reduce harness rework and simplify protection of pre-terminated assemblies. Because expansion changes braid angle, surface coverage and installed length, BRS-PET-OE should be selected from both the pass-over diameter and the final bundle diameter rather than from nominal size alone.
